The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine element of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing new employee, regulating pay, benefits, and leave, and implementing organization policies and practices

Requirement:

  • Master degree in Business Administration and equivalent number of years of experience
  • Preferred experiences: Wave Analytics, Lightening, BlueKai, Eloqua, Exact Target or Marketo
  • Strong problem solving and damage assessment skills with the ability to make mature judgment
  • Expertise on managing and implementing projects and reporting on project performance
  • Excellent knowledge of employment policies and practices
  • Good knowledge on staffing, compensation, and talent management
  • Good German and English speaking/writing

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to distinguish the critical facts in troublesome issues and develop functional and practical solutions
  • Help Departmental Leaders and Senior Managers with the development of explicit activity plans to address problems and concerns distinguished in colleague feedback
  • Benchmark with other industry partners and expert associations to stay informed about the trends in the business and in consistence measures
  • Manage administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, managing calendars and following projects
  • Drive and oversee regular HRC work including; updating and conveying convincing, convenient HRC reporting and provide update of global HRC-related developments
